never more to be alone
Now I can add "Rod Brind'Amour's wife" to the list of phrases that have been googled and turned up my blog. That list already includes "lesbian lady lover." Heh.

It always surprises me when people have violent reactions to things that seem like no big deal to me. Take for instance the Dixie Chicks. I see that they have now canceled concerts in the past two cities I lived in, Houston and Memphis, due to slow sales. Presumably because -- oh, the horror -- they insulted George Bush. I just figure, hey, I like their music; I don't care what their political views are. And I doubt W does either, really, he gets to be the president no matter what they think. (Do I agree or disagree with them? You'll never know.) Of course people are entitled to their violent reactions; I just don't understand, is all.
